My family and I rented a 5 bedroom unit for 2 nights. We couldn’t stop lamenting about how we wish we could have stayed longer, and planned to come back next year. Front desk attendants were pleasant, the resort had many accommodating amenities for all ages, and the place was modern and gorgeous.

We did run into some hiccups the day after we checked out due to excessive cleaning and damaged towels/linen.

Although after our first call there was no mutual resolution. We did receive a phone call a couple days later apologizing for the inconvenience and lack of hospitality. We were able to reach an acceptable mutual resolution. We sincerely appreciated hearing from Joseph.

Spectrum Resort at Reunion was the BEST. My Family and I LOVED IT♥️. The whole staff was So Nice especially Mrs. Brenda and Brian. Everyone greeted us with smiles..They were very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to provide us with all the information we needed to have an enjoyable 10 days stay. The rooms were very Clean, Spacious and Beautiful. The resort was gated and we all felt very safe.The whole complex was Beautiful and had a water park, playground and a big swimming pool area. Our experience there was GREAT. Spectrum Resort will definitely always be our home away from home whenever we visit Orlando Florida. I highly recommend them.

We stayed in Spectrum for a week with our friends and family and had a great time from start till finish. They have something for everyone to do in their boutique style separate facility which is also a part of big resort if you want to explore other things. We loved the gym, board games and that "oxygen therapy (must try)" in the clubhouse. The staff was amazing, and everything was so nice and clean. Their own pools and a water park with lazy river was amazing too. We also rented a golf cart to go around the facility and that made everything even more accessible.

This place sells itself as a higher end resort. It is not. Pictures are misleading. You need a car to get anywhere. There are stairs to get to bedrooms and nothing is handicap accessible. The pool areas close super early (5:00 pm) and are pretty poorly kept (except for the main one). Also….
- [ ] Patio door lock would not lock. We couldn’t go to bed until it was fixed for safety reasons. It was after 10:00 before anyone came. We repeatedly called and nobody answered the phone. Housekeeping should’ve known this was broken when they cleaned; they have to have done a check of the patio area and would’ve been expected to lock up. If they knew it was broken, they should’ve notified someone so it wasn’t our problem to deal with after check in.
- [ ] Ice maker wouldn’t work
- [ ] Garage door was broken
- [ ] First place we were shown upon arrival was filthy…crumbs and chunks for chips on the carpet, food and hair on the hard floors, dirt in bathrooms, stained bathroom floors, stuff spilled down the front of the cabinets
- [ ] We were only given five towels and wash cloths for the whole time we stayed. This made it necessary for us to do laundry
- [ ] Very cheap toilet paper and whatnot. Dumb thing for a resort to cheap out on.
- [ ] Nothing is walkable distance.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The villas are spacious, clean and accommodate all of our needs. The villas are huge and so beautiful! Ever since we have found this place its the only place we choose to stay at whenever we visit Disney each year. Denae in the front desk is so kind, helpful and professional. Its very rare you find someone ready to help with a smile and so much kindness. SHES GREAT! you wont regret visiting this place.

for one the manager there is rude! Her worker Brenda had us situated in a room that wasn’t ours!!! we had to move out my grandma back in her wheel chair THE MANAGER FAILED to tell us that us that if YOU Don’t CLEAN you will be charged $150 cleaning Fee! THERE WERE BUGS EVERYWHERE we have a 2 yr old who attempted to pick them up WHEN WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK THEY TOLD US IT WAS BECAUSE WE HAD THE BACK DOORS OPEN WHICH WAS A LIE ! THE STAFF TO THE MANAGERS ALL WERE DISRESPECTFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Don’t forget you have to walk A MILE JUST TO GET TO THE POOL WATER PARK and no they don’t offer golf cart rides there (: IN OTHER REVIEWS IT STATES ITS DIRTY AND IT IS NOT A LIE !!! Bugs everywhere NOT WHEEL CHAIR FRIENDLY AND CHEAP TOLIET PAPER TOWELS HAD STAINS, BRING YOUR OWN SOAP RESORT PROVIDES A LITTLE BOTTLE. & Staff is illiterate & IN THE RESPONSE YOU SEE SHE DOES NOT MENTION NOTHING ABOUT THE BUGS .

Overall a great experience. We loved the room and view. The water park and pool were nice and you have access to another water park 3 minutes down the road! We had a few issues with food being delivered, but nothing too awful. Unfortunately, we were right next to a unit that was having construction. The 7 am wake up calls of beeps and tractors was less than fun. There was no sleeping in on this vacation! The unit we stayed in was beautiful, but needed some upkeep. The staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful at every turn! We would definitely stay here again and hope the construction is over.
