Isabel checked us in. She was welcoming and gave us all the information we requested on things to do around the area. Every time we saw her and a young man whose name I don't know, they were kind and very sociable. Rooms were clean, and the staff was inviting and kind.

Easy solid four or more. Nice older hotel that's been renovated at some point recently enough. Not really digging the minimalist contemporary room decor but whatever, at least it's quiet having solid bones. Our room's floors were wavy though, almost thought I was having a stroke at first. Our stay spanned the weekend such that we were able to notice weekday breakfasts are markedly better. I'd almost consider booking here here just for the breakfast tacos. Jyumn.

*update*the general manager called and was very helpful. I appreciate his concern about our stay ond his solution.***
Upon check in a guest reported no heat in his room. When we got to our room we found we didn't have heat either. We were told to put the temp all the way up and see if it" kicked in". It did not, just got colder. We went to the desk again and we're told maintenance was gone and extra blankets were the best they could do. 55° and dropping but they will give us some extra blankets. Another room in our group had a toilet that did work.

Positive: The hotel was emasculate. The breakfast area was large and the food exceeded my expectations. My suite was very clean and had a fresh smell. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was stocked with dishes, utensils and coffee maker. Negative: The elevator was somewhat slow. But it wasn?t a major issue.

Our room reservations were cancelled at 11:45 pm on November 8, 2024. Our flight had just landed we already requested an Uber to the hotel when we got the call. The hotel representative informed us that the hotel had been overbooked and we needed to stay elsewhere. However the location we were instructed to go to was an inconvenience to us. We were booked with a party months ago. The hotel knew prior to November 8 that they were overbooked and failed to reach out to us before hand. The cancelling of our reservation caused stress on us and additional financial cost that we didn't anticipate. To add insult to injury we have left a letter and calls. No one from the hotel has reached out.... I mean no one not even from corporate!!! We are loyal customers of the Hilton brand but this experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths.

There is no excuse for this type of treatment. At least we could of received a response back from the letter/email/call that we left. But as of today it's only been crickets from the Hilton brand. We were planning using the Hilton brand again in late March for a family vacation, however more than likely I will be finding other accommodations and cancelling my stay. Also the others in our party will also be cancelling. I'm sure another hotel chain will appreciate our business and respond when they have errors their potential guest or loyal members.

Just checked in and was informed, there's only 1 night a week for social hour, on Wednesday or Thursday, per front desk. It's still posted on the website. Not in small print as front desk told me. Extremely disappointed, as I try and always book Hilton for nightly social hour. If I had known I would not have booked 2 nights.

I had the best experience at this hotel and I especially want to thank the Dominican manager Acelia I believe her name was I am so grateful for her hospitality and time. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

The desk agent was usually not present at night. He was in his office behind a door without windows. My room had a foul smell. I went to the front desk and waited until the desk agent came out of his office. The next day, I returned to my room and found that housekeeping had not cleaned up the room or replaced the towels. The property is in excellent shape, but the service is poor.
