The doctor is very nice. She took the time to explain everything to me all the medication’s . overall experience, the whole staff was very nice and pleasant at this office. I will definitely come back .

Doctors were very pleasant however one the front counter persons not very pleasant at all rude somewhat standoffish like she didn’t even want to be there and just her attitude she gives off is to the point your afraid to ask a question. The online system needs some work. Notifications tell you to arrive 10min prior to your appointment and then you receive a text stating they are ready for you to come in and check in at the Kiosk, you go inside and they tell you they are not opened and you have to wait until exactly 8am to come inside. 8am rolls around few minutes later less than 10min and you go to check in at kiosk and it’s not even turned on and locked so the unpleasant person you don’t want to ask but you do ask because everyone is waiting comes around with an attitude to turn on and you say thank you with no response. Don’t know the persons name but she is the one who checked me in and should be moved to where she is not in contact with customers if she is going to have an unpleasant chip on her shoulder. Other than that the nurses and doctors were very pleasant and happy

I started at CareNow on Tropical Pkwy but they had over an hour wait. They sent me to CareNow on Cheyenne between the drive and wait, I still ended up about an hour before getting to see the doctor. I did appreciate their efforts to make it quicker to see a doctor. It was still frustrating when it really might not have made much of a difference. I did get the care I was looking for.

When walking in at 7:57, we were told to go back outside as they don’t open until 8am. Why not just leave the door locked until 8 if that is the case?

If you think you have a kidney infection and possible respiratory cold, they will only discuss one item. You have to choose which one you want to discuss. You would have to leave and come back under a separate appt (waiting again)to get both issues addressed.

The person who checked me acted like she had better things to do, the nurse who took my blood pressure and heart rate, I thought she was very good and attentive, and then the doctor… Never again! Dr. M. Smith is the absolute worst. I am a 64-year-old woman who takes very good care of herself and I find it insulting and unacceptable for a doctor to talk down to you like you're a child. I was dealing with a very uncomfortable UTI, And first of all she gave me a possible diagnosis of cancer, and didn't even physically look at the area that was uncomfortable , made me even more stressed and anxious, and then prescribed ibuprofen which did nothing to relieve the itching!!! She was incompetent, arrogant, rude and a total waste of my time and my money!

The staff were incredible and so was the price!! $180.00 for less than 3 minutes with a Nurse Practitioner? In Canada Walk in Clinics is either free or only $35.00 and very good Drs see you so I don’t know what kinda of set up you are doing but it is terrible. I would have been better off speaking to a Dr. Online or going to the Emergency Room. I will be writing to your health care system and my Canadian health much better and accessible to everyone!

Worse experience. Staff was super nice but the African male Dr was horrible and I didn’t care for his attitude. He didn’t seemed concerned at all just attitude for No reason.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Stacey at the front desk was amazing. Kind and knowledgable. It was very clean staff in the back were so nice as well. Highly recommend this location.
