4 Nächte in Disneys Hilton Head: Nebensaison (Februar), daher wenig los, die Unterkunft ist nicht die Neueste, aber dennoch gut gepflegt und hat eine schöne Lage direkt neben der Marina. Das Personal ist irre zuvorkommend; man ist es ja gewöhnt, dass die meisten Disney-Cast Member zuvorkommend und freundlich sind, in Hilton Head ist die Atmosphäre aber schon richtig familiär (im positiven Sinne) - einfach toll.

Sehr schöne Wohneinheiten im Südstaatenstil, für Familien toll, Pool mit Spielmöglichkeiten. Bequeme Betten, schöne Aussicht und nette Mitarbeiter. Das Beachhaus am Meer ist ca. 1.5 Meilen entfernt aber mit Shuttlebus oder eigenem Auto gut erreichbar und empfehlenswert.

We stayed here for four nights. The resort is nice and the staff is helpful and friendly.|The resort is not too big, but if you are staying in the main building you will have a small walk to the pool and quick services. Our room was in the main building and very spacious and clean. We loved how big the kitchen was for a deluxe studio. |I would not want to have a room by the pool, it can get loud around there.|There is not a whole lot to do at the resort, which is great if you want to go and relax.|There are some restaurants across the way that you can walk to.|You can also take a shuttle over to the beach house if you do not want to drive.|The beach house is very nice, the pool and beach are great. There is also a quick service over there. I only wish the resort and beach house were together, but understand why. |Over all we would go back and stay in the main building again. The room was great.

I can’t express how much I loved staying at this resort. I stayed during the week after Labor Day weekend 2023. The service and staff were outstanding, from the front desk to the custodial staff. Everyone was so friendly, nice and helpful.

I arrived early and they worked hard to get my room ready—which wasn’t really a room, it’s essentially a 2 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, laundry, clean comfortable rooms. Lots of space. Huge amazing tub in the master suite. Beautiful porch with rocking chairs and amazing view.

Beautiful, quiet and well kept grounds. There are hammocks, games (like horseshoe) sprinkled throughout the resort. Lovely pool area, recreation equipment available to rent (bikes, fishing poles etc) and a list of daily activities including crafting.

I did one of the crafts and it was a super fun time. The person running the workshop was really young, but so sweet and professional.

There was also a Pluto character meet and photo op, which was cute too. We actually had a big birthday party for Pluto with cupcakes, balloons, and singing at the pool, it was fantastic.

The only real caveat of this resort is that there is no sit down or full service restaurant, but there are tons of dining options on Hilton Head. I also think what they do offer at their quick service locations is good. Vegetarian and vegan options available when I was there.

The clubhouse across the street was also really nice. Cute little gift shop that has Disney merchandise, snacks, local beer, wine and some essentials. However, not enough Hilton Head merch for the resort itself, would have loved to have seen more 🙂

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I have family in SC and decided to make the trip out to Hilton Head because I hadn’t been and I’m so glad I did. Great for Disney fans, but it’s not too much for folks who aren’t into Disney.

Loved our family vacation here! The villas were wonderful and had everything we needed, the staff was above and beyond, and the location was great. It was our first time to Hilton Head Island and I enjoyed the mix of staying on the resort and exploring the island. The bike rentals on site is so convenient. The arts and crafts projects for the kids were fun and thoughtful—great family mementos. We loved the beach house pool and beach access, and always felt safe on the property. Would definitely go back!

This is still a magical resort but the room remodels are absolutely terrible. They have no character. It’s just white and teal with tacky Disney art work. This resort has fallen victim to the current Disney leaderships goal of “detheming” the resorts. Also they removed every single reference to shadow, the literal icon of the Hilton head resort. I love this resort and want the best for it cause it’s a hidden gem but they need to really evaluate what made it so special in the first place. I hope they can remember this is themed after a fishing lodge and make the rooms more modern without the tacky look.

The staff is always amazing and makes you glad to be there from the moment of check in. The rooms have always been nice, but now they are recently refurbished as well. Overall the property has tons to do and is well maintained with plenty of people ready to help with any questions or need you have. The one downside is the beach access is not attached to the property. There is a shuttle that runs on a regular basis or you can take your car or ride your bike the short distance to the beach house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Disney’s Hilton Head Resort. The resort itself was beautiful, cast members were friendly and helpful, and it was the perfect relaxing summer getaway. ||We were able to enjoy a studio for 5 nights and was pleased with the amount of room we had to spread out. The new theming and decor of the room was delightful and especially enjoyed the balcony. Our kids said the Murphy bed was comfortable to sleep on all week and we loved finding hiding Mickeys throughout the room and the resort. ||The pool was used daily and we thought the music playlist was excellent and enjoyed the pool activities - especially trivia and contests. Even though the heated pool wasn’t needed during 95 degree days in July, I can see how it would be amazing during the winter months. We even managed to see Pluto make an appearance at the pool! ||Our goal was to have a Dole Whip each day - mission accomplished! We also enjoyed Mickey waffles, Mickey ice cream bars, and Mickey ice cream sandwiches. Love that Disney touch! ||We thoroughly enjoyed the Beach House - atmosphere, pool, and beach truly made this a beach vacation. It was especially peaceful in the evenings when the beach was less crowded….made for terrific family photos. ||Theming throughout the resort was a subtle nod to Mickey - enough for the “normal” person and enough to tide over the Disney geek until the next WDW trip. It was fun to discover little pockets of outdoor activities throughout the resort that had little touches of whimsy here and there. And we had the BEST spot to watch fireworks on Tuesday evening and watch the boats dock at the harbor afterwards. ||We all agreed it was a special week and would love to return again. Disney knows how create magical hospitality and it all starts with those two meaningful words: “Welcome Home”. °0°
