Sauberes Hotel mit großem und geräumigen Zimmer inklusive bequemen Betten. Ruhige Lage und ein schöner Pool. Frühstück "typisch amerikanisch" aber qualitativ gut.

Das Mobilar im Zimmer ist schon sehr abgewohnt, es war nicht sehr sauber.Im Frühstücksraum war es auch sehr schmutzig und die Speisen nicht unbedingt gut. Das gesamte Hotel gehört renoviert und es sollte besser auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden.

We went to the West Coast because of hurricane Milton. We were so fortunate to obtain a room at the Hampton Inn in Deerfield Florida. Cannot say enough positive about this hotel, their rooms, and all areas were so clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and fresh, pool area was very relaxing and inviting, the room had two queen size beds, very roomy and comfortable, very quiet and clean. Most importantly was the manager Melissa who made sure all her guests needs were met and checked daily with all if there was anything else she could do for them. |Thank you so much Melissa for your kindness and compassion to others during this situation and making everyone’s stay very pleasant. Thank you for having such a good team, just shows what a wonderful manager you are. Looking forward to coming back for just a time away!

Something went on on the 4th floor, our room was musty smelling like wet dog, either end of the hall had some sort of drying apparatus going on, the lotion and body wash were empty and remained empty, the breakfast person that took care of the breakfast during the week left it dirty, tables were always dirty and sticky, floor under them don't look. Saw her toss new hard boiled eggs on top of the old ones, I got a old one, tried another and it was worse than the first one, grey brown and slimy, she was more intent on talking than working. During our 5 day stay I saw almost every day a guy from the van parked next to the pool, go through the gate and hang out at the pool behind the waterfall from early AM until we went to bed. Location was fine.

Was there on a work trip. It is a cool spot the room was clean for sure. I gave it my own white towel cleaning and was surprised by how clean it already was. There was definitely sketchy activity in the parking lot the first night but didn’t see anymore as the week went on… the front desk were very pleasant and helpful!

The woman receptionist tried to use my credit card for her own benefit. My cc company alerted me. Either way, my room was great, the breakfast was good, and they have identity theft.

It’s an older property but renovated somewhat recently. There was no internet for my entire stay and I was not billed correctly. The front desk was not at all helpful.
