This was an excellent hotel for my husband and I when we were in town for his medical study. Very clean and our room with king bed and all the amenities was perfect for us. The staff was professional and friendly. Cleaning crew very conscientious and kept the hotel in excellent cleanly condition. I’d like to recognize staff member ‘Swiff’ who kept stairwell, lobby and breakfast area extremely clean. He would always say “I won’t let you down!” It’s obvious staff wants to please!

This was our 1st stay and will not be our last. We needed a place to stay on our way to the beach and glad we chose this place. It was in a great location to start with plenty of businesses in the area. There was plenty of well lit parking and the lobby and whole hotel very clean. The check in process was easy and helpful with our questions. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again on our next visit.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel during a family members hospital stay at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Hotel was excellent. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. And so convenient to the hospital. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very pleasant experience.

Let me start with the good stuff. The employees were very friendly. The young man who checked us in was very professional, very friendly, and it was probably the fastest check-in I've ever had in my life. He was very prepared. The breakfast was very good and they seem to keep it well stocked. The coffee was excellent.

But I was not impressed with the room at all. The television set was very old school. I could not log to any of my accounts to, for example, watch my Netflix. The TV often showed the error message "no signal" so even the channels that were available could sometimes not be seen. There were also five white circles embedded in the screen that made it difficult to watch.

Although the room was very clean, there was a huge clump of hair in the shower.

The worst part about the room experience seem to be the air conditioning. For some reason everything in the room felt wet all the time. I thought it was my imagination but my husband agreed. And when we got home, all the clothes that had been in the hotel still felt wet. It made it kind of difficult to sleep.

Overall the hotel wasn't horrible, but I would never stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose

Fast check in, great breakfast, very quiet despite being close to the hospitals. Easy access off the main roads and there's some grocery stores and food choices around here. Rooms were very clean, temp was easy to control, bathroom was roomy. Overall a great stay with no issues!

I started in room 318 last night and, while laying in bed, a cockroach crawled across my chest and when I swatted at it I saw it crawl under the mattress. After flipping the bed, I eventually found and killed it and went to sleep. Today, since I got in the room a little earlier, I looked around and found that the ceiling was covered with water damage and mold, and decided the room was not safe to sleep in. I went to the front desk to ask to move rooms and there was no one at the desk and no sign saying where they were or when they would be back. After a few minutes, the attendant came into the lobby reeking of Marijuana and carrying a takeout box. When I explained the issue, she did not apologize or offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, she just said fine and gave me keys for another room on the 4th floor. I have stayed at this exact hotel previously with no issues, so this was very surprising both for this hotel and for how the IHG brand usually responds to issues.

Positive: The people that checked you in & atteded front desk was ok, Negative: Elevator was broke. Beds was lumpy and not comfortable.Sheets didn't smell as clean as should of.
