We stayed 2 nights December 12 & 13th 2024. This hotel was great. The indoor pool area was great and the outdoor pool areas were beautiful. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and plenty of seating. The staff were super friendly! The only thing I think could have been a bit better is bigger pillows (but all hotels have gone to 4-5 small ones which we don’t like). I also prefer a softer bed. The room was super clean and the recent remodel was done very well! It’s a short walk across the street to the Island.

A great place to stay-the room was updated and smelled “new” and was clean. The pools are really nice, breakfast is decent (the man and woman who run it try really hard and were sweet), location is excellent. Love that you could walk to the grocery too. Shout out to Omar (Service staff member) for assisting us with finding a tire store when we experienced a flat tire. Nice staff that seems happy. Hope to stay again our next trip to the area.

I stayed in this hotel the last 4 days. Everything was wonderful. The room was great, beds were comfortable and very nicely updated. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety and the lady working was so kind! The front staff was very friendly. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was absolutely amazing. This was our 3rd time in Pigeon Forge and our first time staying at this hotel. We definitely will be back! Our favorite hotel so far. The only thing I have negative to say would be the water pressure was low but we were in the 5th floor. We really enjoyed our stay!!

This is a really wonderful place to stay. You are central to everything. It is a very quiet hotel amidst The hustle and bustle surrounding it. The rooms have been newly renovated and they are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was great, it is Continental style. The only con for me was the beds were a little uncomfortable.

Pretty impressive place considering the lower rating.
We usually try to book the highest rated place around but rooms were getting scarce so we opted for this one.
The rooms have been renovated with huge tvs (tho we never turned it on) and looked clean. The beds slept well and the breakfast was good. Very nice people serving breakfast.

Place was recently renovated, to the max!! Super clean, nice, well put together rooms- Mini kitchens, huge tvs, hot tub, indoor pool, large hot buffet breakfast, and unbeatable staff from check in to check out. Also walking distance to the island and so much more. We will be back!!

This hotel is AMAZING! Everything in the rooms is brand new. They have done such a thorough remodel of the property and it is wonderful. A lot of hotels really do makeshift renovations when they remodel, but Quality Inn has gone all out renovating the property, inside and out. Yes, it was a bit overdue but this is now one of the nicest hotels in Pigeon Forge, and probably the best for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is top notch, the rooms have massive 65” TVs which are unheard of in a hotel at this price point. My only issue is the tv is not centered but that’s not really an issue for most people. A wonderful 24hr indoor pool and a huge outdoor pool, great breakfast, brand new, very comfortable beds..the list goes on. Even breakfast was very good with a great variety. I was worried booking before they had posted new photos online and the very dated room pictures were still up. I’m glad I took a chance here. It has made my vacation a delight. I have a feeling this 4 star average is going to start increasing significantly, and they may earn themselves a Choice Hotels Gold or Platinum Award. If they maintain this level of Quality, they will no doubt.

From the time we arrived everything was easy . The friendly front desk lady was great and found out she lived near where I grew up . Sorry I didn't get her name but she was great ! We greatly enjoyed celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. The rooms and breakfast was great. Will be back soon !
