Love Dr. Penny & the staff. She is great with my daughter. It is super convenient to get into same day. I appreciate not having to wait inside & being able to wait inside the comfort of your own vehicle to avoid any other illnesses 🙂

I absolutely love Dr Penny & her amazing staff! She has been seeing my 5 month old daughter since her very first appointment & I even changed my 7 year old over to her patient as well. She actually listens to my concerns and has been so great with both my girls. I wish my oldest daughter had always seen her, but I’m happy I found them and made the switch. They also got me in super quick to check them out when they were sick. I highly recommend!

Incredible staff who truly care about giving the best care to their little patients. My son has been going to Sabine Valley Medical Pediatric for over 2 years. We have only had professional, caring service. I highly recommend Penny!

I tried to make an appointment with them, and the lady was just very standoffish. Asked me my insurance which I was fine with giving but then wanted to make sure I got vaccine records even though I was already set up on , ImmTrac2 which shows the vaccines and yeah, just made it really difficult. It was easier to find a different pediatrician and it’s unfortunate because reviews on here were amazing and that’s why I decided to call them first but yeah, the receptionist must just not care. When I told her that I would just make an appointment with a different pediatrician since I could not make an appointment without sending her all policy information and vaccine records, she just didn’t care. I hope the doctor knows how difficult it is for a person just to make an appointment. it could be easy, she could’ve easily made the appointment and sent E-doc like the rest of the clinics today for the information she’s requesting.

It's so convenient how you can get a same day appointment if your baby is sick. My husband was running late for an appointment, and wasn't going to be able to make it in time for a scheduled visit. I was out of town and he said they were so nice about it, and even helped get my daughter in the next day. I was able to make it to that appointment, and they welcomed me just as they always do. They always treat my daughter with care and efficiency. DR. Penny Pickle is the best and so kind! They really care about your children, and their well being.

I am so thankful to have found Penny! If one of my kiddos is sick, we can get a same day appointment. Well child appointments are a breeze here. She’s patient with my littles and make the older ones feel comfortable and ease the anxiety they get whenever they need to be seen. Sol is amazing and Caitlin is always helpful. If it’s the weekend or later in the evening and I need a question answered, I can leave a message and penny can give me a response quickly! I like how we stay in our cars until they can get us into a room, making it a little easier to stop spreading all the sickness!

This doctor kicked my kids out as patients because I left 1 negative review on how my visit went. And I only found out by getting a letter in the mail saying that my insurance was not accepted. So I called the office and asked what insurance was accepted and mine was so I then proceeded to ask why did I receive that letter and they went well you left a negative review so your kids are flagged and no longer welcome here.... wow. And that's coming from a children's doctor who took an oath to help children, not kick them out as soon as they hear something they don't like. It is beyond petty to take that out on your children. And you notice how they only responded to the positive reviews and never acknowledged the negative ones. Well I guess they did by kicking those kids out also by a letter with false reasoning. Sad.

Just wanted to also add that i called on a Saturday(they were closed) and left a voicemail asking a question and in less than 30 minutes later i received a secure message to my phone with an explanation and treatment from Penny. She doesn’t have to take time out of her off day to do this and the fact that she does shows she truly cares. ❤️
LOVE this Pediatricians office.
My sons started coming to see Penny when we moved to Greenville in 2020 and we have nothing but good to say about her and also all of the staff. They are very organized and clean. I love the fact that they make you wait in your car(waiting rooms are just a feeding ground for eww in my opinion) and only bring in very few patients in at a time, including only letting one parent/Guardian in with the child. It helps cut down on germs and obvious spread of Covid, flu, strep etc…
Penny is so good with my boys and actually listens, cares and is very thorough with check ups and sick visits.
