Abgesehen von den etwas dürftigen Buffets im Restaurant überzeugt das Resort durch geräumige Zimmer und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse sind die Zimmer schalldicht. Sehr freundlich waren der Herr an der Rezeption und das Personal im Restaurant. ||Schade ist, dass das Resort nur über einen Indoorpool verfügt.||Für Spieler: Die Slots scheinen so eingestellt zu sein, dass man auch gewinnen kann.

Ich hatte nicht reserviert und die freundlichen Herren am Empfang gaben mir sofort ein schoenes Zimmer, konnte schon um 14 Uhr mein Zimmer beziehen, da ich schon vor 2 Jahren im Sky Ute war. Das Zimmer mit Kingsizebett und Kuehlschrank ist schoen eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Badezimmer ist riesig.

A strange bit of luck landed us at the Sky Ute Casino Hotel and lucky it was! The staff is sooo amazing! Friendly, kind and truly wants you to have an amazing time. The room was perfect-spacious, clean and well apportioned. They play the most beautiful music throughout the common areas you can help but be peaceful. ||Comfortable bed and bath had soaking tub and rain shower. Breakfast was incredible and such a value. This is worth a special trip if you need some rest and relaxation!

This review is almost specifically about their New Year's Eve festivities. The theater dinner was very entertaining a little bit more interaction than I thought it would be but it was very good and the meal was good as well picture will be included. The problem necessarily wasn't that they limited us to three drinks maximum it's that it wasn't communicated very clearly and the signs were very vague that you needed to have a wristband to even purchase a drink and there was only one station to get these wristbands it was never mentioned at time of check-in and you couldn't get a wristband down the hall at the event you had to backtrack all the way to security. Once I got past that the banquet staff was amazing efficient and very friendly. security usually never is very friendly. Activities were fun. It did seem like some stations could have used extra personnel. Overall the customer service was just okay and the most lacking of the entire evening. And I've been in the hotel industry for years and a former Disney cast member I know customer service.

This is an absolute hidden gem!! Never saw a kids and pet friendly hotel casino.
Kids has bowling (8-10 dls) and hour per person.
Some arcade games.
Different options for food. And most of them not pricy at all.
Casino well maintained and a lot of machines.....
I wish it was closer to me town.

Stay at the resort for 3 days while on a Colorado sightseeing vacation and we are so happy we found this resort. Normally when you stay at a casino resort you hear the sounds of the slot machine through out the whole place and that is not true at the Skye Ute. It was a quiet, peaceful and super clean! Only downside was that we stayed Sunday through Wednesday and their steakhouse was closed on Monday & Tuesday. We plan on staying here the next time we are in the area.

Overall it was a nice hotel, nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet. The casino is ok, a lot of the machine do not work, and it is almost impossible to find someone who works there. Only one restaurant as open and it closes fairly early. There were a group of motorcyclists there but they were all retired marines and were totally fine. None of the table games were open, overall whoever runs the casino need some serious help.

I would have given 0 rating if possible. Bloody racists they look as if we dont belong to this world. I have called the serving lady 5 times, every single time she gave me a weird look and keep on passing by my side but never took my order at casino. Please avoid this casino if you wanted to be treated better. Worst experience with their service employees.
