Doesn't listen, doesn't help, doesn't suggest, pawns you off to another Dr, same thing with her, doesn't listen nor care I'd like to know what they actually specialize in. I asked Dr Dreiner my 1st visit, how many patients she has with lupus. She has hundreds of patients and said she had 1, right there I should have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately we don't have many choices when it comes to RA, fibromyalgia, gout, osteoporosis ect. 10 years as a patient with zero relief. It got to the point where I was missing appointments because why bother I already felt low because I could no longer work and they didn't do anything to help me at all. Oh yeah fibromyalgia is linked to childhood trauma, that's it for relief. They dismissed me as a patient a year ago it's okay because they're of no help. It wasn't a loss to me. What Dr's? happened to compassionate helpful Drs?

I have been visiting Doctor Dreiner since March 2020 and have now been to the office 3 times. Each appointment I was called in within 5 minutes of arrival, within minutes of my scheduled appointment. My nurse has always been kind, very brief. I see the Doctor within a few minutes of the nurse leaving, all to say this is one of my easiest appointments to make and keep.

After having attempted to get into multiple Rheumotology Doctors and being put on waitlists or not contacted or very rudely told to wait my turn for a phone call (which took over 6 months) finding an attentive, helpful and pleasant Doctor was a welcome change for me.

I have found the Doctor knowledgeable, patient, a listener, and all around fantastic partner in what I think will (sadly) be a very long journey to feeling like me again. I would highly recommend her.

I had an appt and then called back because I'm having issues. The nurse was beyond rude to me. She was very snippy, talked over me and said that your issues will be addressed at your appt next month. She was not helpful at all and I was not treated like a patient...more of a bother than anything. I will NEVER go back there because of that inconsiderate sorry excuse for a nurse. I advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere for treatment. Don't waste your time. Dr. Dreiner I hope you find a better nurse or I see you losing many patients in the future.

She was horrible. She did not listen to anything I was telling her about my symptoms. I had asked to have more specific tests to be ran. I had blood work done and I never got the result, but because I got such a bad vibe from her I didn’t go to my next appointment with her. I received a letter in the mail stating that my blood work showed something that is possibly life threatening. I called immediately and went back up and she proceeded to read me my test results that were the same tests my previous doctor ran, she didn’t even have the knowledge of more detailed testing. Needless to say my blood work was normal according to the tests, so the letter was a lie. Terrible. She was absolutely terrible.

Horrible provider. Don’t go to Dr. Dreiner . My second visit after getting up enough courage to address mounting health concerns and all she had to say was I was overweight. I tried to explain to weight gain was short time ago and dramatic. A symptom. She dismissed me. Told me nothing she could do and didn’t think we were a match for care. Had no clue my history. DO NOT GO TO HER.

I saw Marcy and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, explained everything to me in Der, and we came up with a great care plan.

Don’t care for patients short staff receptionist then blame you for being late. Super rude nurses and receptionist not worth the hassle I rather drive an hour to see a doctor or nurse that is willing to work with the patient. Not to mention receptionist was letting people with COVID symptoms in waiting room with other elderly patients.Horrible!!!!
