We used the drive through and they rushed us like crazy. The guy would ask "anything else" every second even after I said "give me a moment please," and I hadn't finished ordering and the guy was already saying to pull up to the next window to pay. Driving up to the window he held is hand out the entire time I was driving up until I gave him my card. Insanely impatient, rude, and not at all welcoming. It felt as though I was under a time crunch to order or we weren't going to get our food. Also important to note that there was not a long line, there was 1 car behind us in the line.

Twice now we've come after 10pm and they've been closed despite saying on Google that their hours are till 12:00am and having a giant sign in their window that says "Open till midnight or later". We suggested the actual hours and the business changed them back shortly after. No blame on the workers, but management needs to fix this.

This restaurant is ridiculously horrible. They do not know how to read an order I’m allergic to raw tomatoes. I requested it to not be on my food. Ordered it on the mobile app took 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get it to come home and have tomatoes all over everything that I ordered it not to be on. Attempted to contact the store they don’t answer the phone went into the store, and they tried to remake my order with the same food, but just simply taking the tomato off what they already gave me even after telling them I’m allergic!! The chicken sandwich my husband ordered is even not fully cooked

Best Wendy’s ever. I was so hungry
Edit: after making the original review we decided we were still hungry and online ordered. No judgment and no questions asked. Still so good.
After that we left but didn’t even leave the parking lot before we discovered we had forgotten to order some things online, so we went through the drive through. The employee has now seen us 3 times and I’m sure we look crazy but nothing was said.
So much food but so happy. Would recommend to anyone, would not recommend family of 8 shopping at a mall

I can live with or without stopping at fast food facilities. IMO they are overpriced for mediocre food and usually horrible service. THIS one was still overpriced, mediocre but the only person behind the counter was very friendly, polite and the staff was quick to serve. I didn't wait long but the drink options were limited to only what was in the machine...no ice/sweet tea was provided - nor did I ask because I wanted IN/OUT asap.

Worst fast food establishment in all of park city. Went over at 9:15 (they close at midnight) and they were completely out of baked potatoes. The employee was incredibly rude and told us that he wasn’t making any more. I’m a celiac and the baked potato is my only option. Incredibly rude, incredibly disappointing. Do better.

This is a very poor location. VERY DIRTY! I was the only person in the store and no one was in drive thru. Looked like 3 employees were on staff but in the back and not the kitchen. This would have been the perfect time to be cleaning but they looked like they were on their phones. Restaurant dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day and their kitchen was even worse. Given the multiple prior reviews reflecting what I saw today, you would think their corporate rep would have addressed this with the owner of this location. If this is how they treat cleanliness one would wonder how much attention is paid to food safety. Pics attached.

The people here work really hard! They are very kind and I belive it's the manager she has a great personality. Fun to talk to and kind while you wait. The food is also way better than McDonald's especially breakfast. I don't eat fast food a lot but my go to. I also read some of the comments on hours and things to that affect staffing is hard in Park City, so I understand I hope other will as well!
Edit: Went by again today the staff was very kind again as always, along with the outgoing manager. They aswell treated my service dog in training extremely well. Will always go back.
